Alpine HIDs... just got the 8k version. They are easy to install, super bright, and look amazing! The 8ks start as a light blueish color and once they warm up are very very white... hence their "diamond white" name.

I've heard of some people getting a code for like 10 minutes upon startup with the N54. I've heard this can be fixed, but I don't know how to do it. I have the N55, and my kit has been on for 3 days with no codes or problems.

LUX V3 here, although they're on my 335i; didn't order HIDs on 128i.

the LUX H8 V3 angel eyes are the brightest LED angel eyes and offer the best light distribution between the inner and outer rings.

I have the lux v3s, no complaints, install took me about 15-20 minutes on my first attempt. They look good.

Can I hi-jack this thread a little? I am just curious about headlight mods, I am not in the market for the BRIGHTEST so that it ends up bleeding out of the rings. I am looking for white color, and the closest thing to the newer BMW stock lights (i think they are called LCI) but I don't want them so bright that at night they bleed out of the rings.
