No video will bring camera to next event.
I am using Hoosier A6 tires. Tire pressure 36 lbs. hot front and rear. This was a HP oriented course with some very fast sections. No super tight slow technical sections. |

i guess it's really a function of how hard you decide to drive, but do the tires take a real beating during these autocrosses? i've never been to one, but they look like a good time. BMW CCA of NJ is having one this weekend, I believe...

The corners of your tires will look a bit chewed, depending on your driving style (jerky wheel turning vs heavy throttle) your front or rears (or both) will take some damage over time. Especially on the stock Michelins that you guys have. They love to fold sidewalls. |

The treads looked like sandpaper by the time I was done, probably due in part to the sh!t parking lot. Although overall depth wear didn't seem bad. The mids of the tire started to flatten out a little back to normal on the way home. Would I do it again??? I may go to another groups autox this weekend BEST TIME i have ever had In a car let alone my baby ///M |
