Front Cracking Noise

Guys

Need some help here.

From my last wheel alignment at the BMW dealership, my car start to have funny cracking noise from the driver side when I steer left

.

The noise sounds something is not tighten and keeps rattling.

No sound I steer right. hope nothing major

Any idea what they done to my car?

Check your nuts commando.

All my wheel nuts are tighten.
Not sure what is causing it.
