I tried looking it up for another guy but couldn't find the same one on MyLitCo. Maybe they aren't making them anymore.

They are visible in daylight, but nowhere near as bright as i'd want.

I'm looking at alternative options, maybe even Depos if my wallet agrees!

Standard, or the shorter bee stinger?

I'm slowly considering changing to the bee stinger!

Nice work, how is the rear wheel fitment?
Have you tried the rears on the front?

Fitment needs work. 2 people in the car on bumpy roads, and you're gonna have a bad time.

Rear's rubbing ever so slightly, but less than on the previous setup (same offset, 9" as opposed to 9.5"). I assume it's because the 225s are stretched the tiniest bit.

Front's are rubbing the most, will need the slightest guard roll to fit properly.

Fitting rears on the front would be amusing, but definitely wouldn't be plausible without work, haha!

Nice, the car looks great! Being here in the states I've always been jealous of the front end on the 130i :/ Are you going to replace the dampers and springs?

Thanks! Will be moving on from the M Sport to the BMWP front bumper soon hopefully.

Finally finished the arms and bushings, coilovers and camber plates may happen one day! I have to fix the wheel fitment anyhow.

Great job on the lci xenons and coding!

Are the lci projectors an improvement from the originals? Does it have that blue flicker at the cutoff?

Cheers!

Still same projector afaik, and I reused my bulbs from the stock xenon lights.

The advantage of these lights is that they are capable of AHL (adaptive head lights). I just don't have the correct FRM to take advantage of that yet.

Did it mainly because now I have a H8 bulb for the angel eyes that's about 4x more powerful over the stock H7, and an updated look overall with the eyebrow that I don't see any hatches around me have.

Thanks mate!

Yeah it's doing great, not rubbing at the moment because the 225 tires I have at the moment give it a little stretch.

Thanks for that!

Yeah they were alright for a bit. Heavy as all hell though! Not actually sure on the branding, I bought them from a previous E87 owner.

Much prefer my Advans now

Hehehe, big future plans for this car so can't be putting it up on the market

You've made the right choice, one of the best value hot hatches around at the moment. Mine had ~100k and at ~$19k in the end.

Check the For Sale section, have seen a couple of members cars up on there - v.good value!
