Unlimited top speed?
MSP does not just guesstimate what the prices will be. That is the price military personnel will get the car for. Period.

So Pentagon called it a Ci. Who cares. AG has given MSP the prices and they are published. You are wrong.

so the only new option would be the HD radio (totally useless for me)....but im still thinking about getting a e92...hmmmmmm...I bet tons of people will get the sports package since it has "unlimited top speed" so tons of people will think the car will fly like a rocket...hahaha

Quick question for those in the know....if i-drive is std does that mean you get the screen aswell with all the menus for radio,cd,etc but just no navigation screen (unless ordered) or does it just give you the knob and control the small radio screen?? Anyone know. Thanks.

The Pentagon is wrong. I think you should call them up and get them straight on thier intel (i not Ci). Since when did we depend on the Pentagon for facts on BMWs? Next thing you know they are going to be saying they got the price list from the Russians.

Deadfresh, the military sales doc is in effect a contract. Any eligible buyer can now go in and make a purchase at that price. Not sure why you are writing these derogatory notes; regardless, the fact is we now know what the MSP price is.

Derogatory notes? I was just pointing out an obvious inaccuracy in the document. I was just messing with him/her about the Ci nomenclature since it was wrong. I personally found it funny that it comes from the Pentagon. Didn't mean to ruffle any panties

Guys, "Pentagon Car Sales" is a commercial company. It is NOT "the Pentagon."

Red face

Hmmm... looking back on this discussion I realize that maybe I was pointing out the obvious and the above posts were sarcasm that went right over my head. If so, I take back my "bonking head guy" and replace it with an "I'm embarassed" guy.

It's all good, I just have complete faith in the military sales program (read my sig). I trust that the actual MSRP will be ~10% higher then the military pricing. As it was w/ the E90.

No you don't, read the flyer:

Please don't pretend to think you have any idea of what I do or don't know. I know all about the BMW Military sales program, considering I qualified last summer.

The price sheet is legit, the "suspected MSRP" price is not.

These are reputable guys at PCS, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the prices change a little. If anything, my guess is that these estimates are high. Otherwise, if they were too low, they would have to honour that price with customers who pre-order and that means they would lose money. The package prices don't look right, especially the sport and cold weather. $1K for heated seats, ski bag and headlight washers? Sounds like they used the sedan package prices as a guide.

C'mon gmafb. Would you want be the sales rep that has to tell some Ranger that the price you told him has now changed? All the Pentagon Car Sales blurbs have always had some qualifier like 'provisional' 'estimated' and 'subject to change without notice'. So do the BMW NA releases for that matter.

Brett, I do not see where you found the quote "suspected MSRP" -- where is that?

Looking at the standard features list on the pdf the CD Changer, and SAT radio are not listed. I Drive on the 2006 330i is $2,000, per the pdf if you want Nav its $1,800 despite I Drive as standard. Tell me if you got your info from somewhere else.

I was referring to the forum users who suggested it would be $4000 more than the price listed on that sheet.

Yes, this was my exact same point earlier in the thread. If I-drive is standard and its a ~$2,000 dollar option on the 330 (which includes GPS), how can they charge another $1,800 for GPS on the 335? I really want this option but it seems a rip off!

You get I-Drive standard on the 335 whether you order GPS or not.
On the 330, you have to buy GPS in order to get I-Drive.

If you thought you'd get GPS AND I-Drive included in the standard base price of the 335,
sorry no, that ain't happenin'....

Shrugh, you guys are so gullible its frightening. Neither the OFFICIAL press release, nor the OFFICIAL ordering guide make ANY mention of I-Drive being standard in the 335 OR 328 as is suggested by this document.

This document is complete . It clearly says they are ESTIMATES! And extremely poor ones at that!

I believe it's in the US order guide unless the military configuration is different.

Since you live in Atlanta, and can't use Pentagon Car sales, let us worry about the price sheets for it. Don't worry you will have your chance to buy the same car for more money where you live.
