Oops my bad. Et38 and et40 5mm spacer front might be able to do 10 but wasnt in stock. Since my fenders are rolled and pulled I can go a little more aggressive.

cool thanks! i didn't mean to sound rude. i LOVE these wheels, though waaay too much "poke" for my taste.
do you have any more info about the wheel building project you'd like to share? (how'd you find them, what were they before they were drilled to 5x120, were the barrels or lips replaced on either, etc) |

The wheels don't poke at all. in fact theyre flush/flush right now. these are too rare for me to sell. I plan on keeping them for as long as I can.

That is sexy as hell. Last night I was reading Eurotuner and there was an article in there (I think the editor's letter) about stance and trying to describe it using quantitative properties. But you can't. You just know the proper stance when you see 'it'. And that picture is 'it'. It may not be everyone's style, but there is no denying your 135 is exuding style from every curve and contour right now. I always like looking at your car because you aren't afraid to step outside the box. Plus, your photography is simply eye sex. Congrats, man. |

thanks guys. i think the most current photos above are the ones that show the stance the best. the stance isnt overly aggressive and flows with the car lines very well. I went a little wilder with the finish, but it still somehow flows with how the car looks. I like it.

I saw you had one picture that showed the front wheel lined up, still looks to me like the wheel is poking quite a bit from the tire and the fender. Couldnt tell bout the rear in any of the pics as they are all at an angle. When I hear "all lined up and flush" I think of the wheels edge in line with the edge of the tire with no stretch or poke and the edge of the wheel sitting JUST inside the outside edge of the fender.

rear....
front.... these are the same offsets as my CCWs and the above photos are from my CCW set up. the rear doesnt even poke anymore cause the lip of the impuls are flat. so there. proved. i posted these photos 3 times in the past already. remember. .... my fenders have been pulled. so given my offsets, i dont poke vs oem fenders.

how about a shot on an angle like this one...
in this picture my rears are 18x9.5 et62mm with a 5mm spacer. at 18x10 et40mm, your outer lip should be 24mm further outboard than mine (nearly a full inch!). my fenders are pulled a little as well... i'm curious to see exactly where the rear lip sits in relation to the fender, but still can't really tell. the straight above picture doesn't really show unfortunately. |
