HELP!! 29CC Combustion misfires on E70 Port Injection Tune

Hit a wall tuning on E85 and need some help from this group. Car ran perfectly on 93 on custom tune, no codes, no issues. Started tuning on flexfuel with E70 and now facing multiple misfire codes. Working closely with a well known tuner, but looks like something hardware related and we've gone through the below troubleshooting steps.

2009 135i 82k miles. Recent walnut blast.
Motiv Reflex +
BMP PI plate with 750cc injectors
Precision coils/wires.
Index 12 injectors installed < 2k miles ago. Flow tested and cleaned.
535 bucketed pump + Precision AN6 lines to tank
NGK SILZKBR8D8S Plugs <2k miles gapped to 0.020. visually inspected
Stage 2, Frankenturbos, etc.

Troubleshooting:
1. Checked PI plate seal by spraying brake cleaner. across each port individually. no change in RPM
2. Lowered boost on tune to 16psi, same issue.
3. Verified that PI is firing, datalogged in TunerPro RT
4. Pulled spark plugs, verified gap
5. Initially i was getting codes for cylinder 5 only. i moved plug wires from 5 to 1. if i push it, i get multiple misfire codes. car goes into limp mode, barely runs. shut car off and restart and its fine.
6. Measured impedance across 2 out of 3 pins for precision coils. read 0.8 ohms. about 8k miles on coils/wires.

What happens if you lower the ethanol content?
Maybe E50 or E60?

Problem with your injectors either the DI or port. Your afrs and trims are out of whack bank 1 to 2.

Was this ever resolved? Having the exact sane issue and in getting tired of replacing the plugs every 2 months.
