That's normal. I believe that's mercury that you see! Not sure though. I have the same thing!

I think the brown color mades blueish when the lights on. Who knows......

I wanna install this bulb right away, but I"m waiting PMB. awww.....

Only OEM (Philips, Osram Sylvania, GE) 6000K bulbs have that (its what gives it a purplish startup) aftermarket bulbs do not.
