AFE Stage 2 Si- Cold Air Intake
This Intake has an oiled cone filter, important to reapply oil every 1-1.5 years depending on environment (I live in New England so I do it every 4 oil changes)
This intake has the carbon fiber-look finish as the cover for the cone as shown in the photos. This was purchased from Turner Motorsport in 2012 and is in excellent shape. The Induction-box is missing one bolt that holds the cover down and AFE sticker, does not effect the system whatsoever, the sticker however obviously means this intake only adds 6hp now instead of 12hp.

2. Is the bolt a commercial bolt that can be replaced by one from Sears, Home Depot...etc?

I believe they are commercial sized bolts, AFE can supply extra bolts if contacted. When I got the intake from Turner Motorsports, it was missing one bolt

I sold my car last month to purchase a track day car, Honda S2000. I traded it in so I took off all of the aftermarket products.

This is a great deal for one of the best cold air intake kits for the 128i. Look at the dyno charts, everything proves what this intake is capable of. Simple bolt on product, took me about 30min. to install on my 128i, and that was taking my time.
