Nitrous
Anyone interested in trying this with me. I will be putting together some parts for this late summer and hopefully have it running by early fall. Here is the DIY. It's pretty good and the same concept as the n54. The n52 indeed will Handle it. There's even someone running a 100shot as his dd on his 328i n52.

I was always terrified of nitrous on any car except drag cars. Not exactly sure why.
