N54 I would get both. N55 if you plan to run meth don't need IC.

In Arizona, I would do intercooler first. It helps a bunch for heat soak. As soon as I found out I was moving to Florida I put the intercooler the next weekend. As far as pro and cons it depends on what you are looking for out of your car.

I have both.
The pro of the intercooler is that you set it and forget it. The meth is awesome because I can get an instant 20-30 degrees cooler than ambient but I have to refill my tank every week or so if I am running a meth map.

What's your wife gonna say when you go to take the family for a ride and she finds out your car is on meth
With this heat, I elected to go with the upgraded intercooler first. Doubt I'll ever do meth but figure you can't go wrong upgrading the cooling system. Any thoughts as to downpipes? |
