You will have issues with a 235, there is VERY LITTLE suspension clearance now. However the KW Coilover design, "may" increase the available clearance. Also if you are running a 235 up front, the perfect match for the rear would be a 265 and that is another headache, as I am scrubbing slightly on a 255/30. Thanks for all the Props guys, cheers. |

To be honest, I was grinning ear to ear when I first saw the vehicle with the V710's & AD08's fitted. My immediate thought was damn, that looks tough, haha. Ummm, certainly a few things on the horizon. There are already aftermarket additions to the vehicle, two are barely visible in the pics, where as others lie underneath the bonnet, hehe. I will be starting a "build" thread when time permits. |

Mum's the word Justin. Glad you enjoyed looking over my M Coupe. Half the stuff for it is upstairs on the mezzanine level in white containers and another chunk of stuff is in the basement. I'll get the guys to put it all back together one day!

Ya, they are a little noisy. However they have sooo much more grip than the stock "run craps", haha. With the exception of increased tyre noise, the AD08's are a very dramatic improvement over the factory rubber. |

I can verify that Justin's new wheels/tyres look shit hot in person, much better than photos. And I am not a fan of black cars, so that's saying something!

To use Jzangs 135 as an example Wheels: VMR V701 19 x 8.5 ET45 front and 19 x 9.5 ET45 rear Tires: Falken FK452 235/35/19 front and 255/35/19 rear yes i know the above is 19" and i ordered 18" but fender roll + suspension mods and i will be fine, i wanted a more agressive stance, i spent more hours than i care to think researching this set up Last edited by 130iguy; 05-05-2011 at 07:24 AM.. |

You need to be careful with 235 at the front. Rear you can roll the fender, but if you look at your front you will find that you won't gain much room by rolling tge front fender.

I am torn between the YMR V701, V710 or V718. I'd take any set in a +45 front +50 rear offset in 19" gunmetal, but YMR don't have any in stock, and they can't provide an ETA on a production date. I am adamant that I don't want to settle for +45 on the rear -> rubbing or having to stretch a tire.
I might have to consider other rims. Any advice? |
