Am I missing something

I tried to gas up the car yesterday and could not get the fuel filler door to open. I tried following the manual and even the emergency release in the trunk. It still won't open. SHould I bring it in?

As said, make shure all the doors are unlocked

Press the little door by its rear edge and i should click open

If that doesnt work pry it open with your fingernails , and then check why the little button isnt pushing the door open

The emergency release only unlocks the fuel door, you still have to press to open

Thanx you guys I got it to work. You have to push it really hard in the dead center. I s it normal to see the body flex slightly when pushing on the fuel door?

Look inside where the little button is that pushes the door up 1/2" when you press it

Then to open the door press right above that button, let go and the door opens 1/2", gab the door and open it fully

To close press the door down onto the button till it clicks

Shouldnt need much force at all
