Car seat question on convertible 135i
So, I need to connect the rear car seat tether to the little metal tether rod that's on the seat back, in the trunk. I don't have my manual and I'm having trouble getting to it. Any experienced opinions are appreciated.
Just don't want to start yanking and prying on things, but those rods are there for that reason. Also can't use the seatbelt cuz my daughter uses it as part of the car seat. Thanks. (downloading a manual now) |

There is no upper tether anchor on the E88, to be able to safely run a harnessed forward facing child seat. If your daughter has already switched to using it as only a belt-positioning booster though, then the seatbelt is what is actually keeping her safe and the lower anchors should all that is required to restrain the seat itself.
