2008 BMW 128i  [10.00]
I thought about two-tone colour scheme for cailer paint or even powdercoat.

Caliper & carrier in something dark with pearl like effect ( ruby red, gunmetal, etc)
the metal plate/clip piece in a silver or black

I think i paint them dark grey.... Theres no Need for something Special. That rust/brown "Vintage" Color is just ugly.

Red calipers would look really cool!

Need a photoshop?

Take red foliatec caliper paint as a primer and then paint with original red BMW spraypaint!
Colour would match 100% and be heat resistant!

Yes I know, PM system is still deactivated as long as I'm a new user. Weird.

I would prefer to paint the calipers black, take the normal Foliatec caliper paint.
I did the same to my black Fiesta. No need to get an offensive look on the non BMW Performance calipers.

I saw two different 128i with red calipers.
I did not like the color. It has to be be more subtle/stealthy/mean.

i allready got the paint. I bought "dark grey/silver" ... Nothing flashy but anyway, i got a red car with bronze Wheels so...

@Backy: bei einem Premio Händler, der konnte sie auch nur über einen anderen Händler quer liefern. Dürfte das letzte Set in D gewesen sein.

Wait! can 128's retrofit 135i dashboard to get the oil temp gauge?! This has always really bothered me. I assume coding is necessary?

Yes, there is no big Deal (if you know somebody whos in Coding). The importand thing is, the Speedometer needs to be brand new(!!!). If you got used one, its possible too, but you need a Freak as a Coding Guy!
My Speedo was used and i bought it pretty cheap... A friend of mine know somebody, and he know sombody ... . So wish me luck

The "normal" Way is, 350.-€ for the new cluster(135i) and 50.-€ to code it (its about 530.-USD or CanD)
I paid 65.-€ for the used cluster and 100.-€ (about 220.- USD) for th Coding Guy
You can install a 1M(400.-€) or M3 (600.-€, needs to be a bit modified) Cluster as well .

I love them! I think they are lookin good and they light . Squared Setup with 225 around fits perfect!

Here are some IPhone Pixx right after a Wash. I mounted the Performance Parts Exhaust today!! I love it! Sounds really good (for a TÜV legal Version!). We mounted it extra a little "wide" (i cannot describe it in the right words, but i think you understand it) cause i bought a PerformanceParts Diffusor Replica.
