So Brisbane BMW want $112 for a new Tow-Hook Cover.

$40 for the part and $70 to paint it...

Some of the guys on Sunday said that it should be free as these things come off all the time... Anyone got any experience with this?

I think those shots will come out really well. I'm looking forward to seeing them too.

What the... if mine goes missing I know who's taken it!

Btw, I think you should just put your tow hook on permanently and roll around like a boss

I would have thought the tow hook cover have a bungy cord style attachment so if it came out, it would just dangle. Pretty poor if it pops out that easy.

But if you put a towhook on the cover would be flying around all over the place on the race track if its hanging by a cord...

Don't want a poser-tow-hook on all the time... I'd feel like I'd need to buy pants 4 sizes too big and wear a backwards baseball cap...

I'd be pushing the warranty angle harder. If any piece fell off my car while driving on the road I would expect it be fixed.
