What is your favorite interior trim?

Despite interior color differences, please choose your favorite interior trim (doesn't have to be what you currently have, just what you like the most).

I think that is not correctly asked question per say...

Trim goes with interior color and you can't take it apart....

Then vote for what you have in your car. I just wanted to get results on interior trim, not combos.

i love the aluminum. its very elegant, suave, and easy on the eyes. great interior touch! i have it with terra, and love how different it is. But some people probably hate that combo. But if you pay this much, it should be tailored for your tastes

e90's rock my world...

Alilumium with terra looks HOT!
The only reason i didn't get that combo, is because i didn't get the premium package (without that, terra is not an option)

sorry about spelling

I like that wood-grain look decal treatment - especially that which adorned the 80's Cadillacs. It looked so unrealistic...especially in my dad's 82 Eldorado Touring Coupe. His final US venture prior to turning to the 85 635csi - talk about an upgrade. I inquired but not available on E90/91 so I went with Poplar. According to the poll they should rename it UnPoplar...rim shot anyone? Long night - turning in...

Oh dear, my vote counts for 1/2 the number of Poplar votes.

I like Poplar, it makes me feel British. I feel more comfortable using adjectives like "Proper" and "Smashing" when I am around it.

Though my car isn't here yet, here's a pic of the interior I ordered (Although I hope the steering wheel is on the other side).

I like metal trim, it is trendy, but it looks ugly with beige.

I like the black leather - aluminum trim combo. IMO, it gives it that classy yet sporty look.

I had an E90 325i loaner that had beige/alum combo, it was rather nice.

anyone who doesn't like aluminum clearly wouldn't also appreciate such nice things as Ashlee Simpson or Kelly Clarkson's music

Ashlee Simpson is 95% talent-free. Kelly Clarkson sounds like she needs a shrink more than a career.

I'm torn between AL and Walnut. Call me crazy but I really like the Beige Aluminum combination. It's very clean & modern looking. I've noticed alot of the future concept cars have the combination of light interiours with aluminum or like trim. Who knows, I'm a compleat flake when it comes down to it. I've changed my mind too many times already

check these out...

I normally go for aluminium trim, but for some reason didn't like it as much with the E90, so I went black interior with the burl walnut because I like the combo of dark wood with dark interior. I think it looks classy.

Many would disagree with me I know...

My favorite is aluminum with black leather, so that is what I ordered. For some reason I am not all that enthralled with BMW's wood selection. My wife has a Lexus RX 330 with maple wood, and that is nice looking. Somehow the BMW wood sort of looks like plastic to me.
