2008 rattle behind rear headrest

I've taken my 2008 128 convertible to the BMW dealer twice to locate a metallic rattle that seems to be in the area behind or beside the rear driver side head rest. Sounds like a large washer loose on a bolt. We can't find the source. Has anyone else experienced this rattle? Thanks
