which exactly do I need?

there are so many different ones online just want to order the right one.

search didn't come up with anything ...

it's n52 engine

I went with the Assenmacher V410 model I found on Amazon. Was ordering other things, so I got it with free shipping (it cost ~$18-19). You can also get one from Bavauto for around $20 as well.

If you want the official BMW oil filter wrench for the N52 engine, the part# is 83300493936. You'll need a 27mm socket for it.

I got mine from Tischer btw.
