Great little accessory - power converter for glovebox

I only post this because I didn't even know this little baby existed and it solves some of the problem with substandard 12v placement in our beloved E90's.

There is a part, called Aux. Power Converter, that's under $10.00, that plugs in instead of the flashlight (anybody ever use that thing?) and gives you a 12v plug in the glovebox.

I thought it would be particulary usefull since I plan on putting in the sunglasses tray and losing the 12v plug in there...

Good little add-on

I've been thinking about picking that up since my car didn't come with the flashlight. I'm not sure if it was suppose to be there but it wasn't.

It should have been there. If you want it, talk to the dealer and tell them you didn't get one.

As for the adapter, it definitely looks handy. Just a note, that socket will be on all the time, unlike the others that go off when the car is off.

I'm only going by what I read. I don;t have the adapter, so no first hand experience.

It may be too late, I've had the car for 5 months now.
