Open Test Day @ Buttonwillow Raceway!!!
My friends and I headed up to Buttonwillow this past weekend and tested out our new suspension, tires, and power modifications! I'll post more pictures of my 135i on the track once I get them from my buddy. Our group has a variety of cars and it's amazing to see what each car can do. If you guys have any questions about the other cars, feel free to ask!
Spot the new mod on my car if you can |

Jesus H Tebow those are all freaking amazing. I simply get weak in the knees when I see te37's.
What kind of suspension/tire modifications did you run and how were they? Just give me all the details... Very, very nice. |

The brake rotors! WTH! Never saw those before! Are they custom "made" or something? Its the stock 6 piston caliper so Im guessing is the stock size rotor... Now thatīs different.
Now on the functional side, how is it? |

265/35/18 Yokohama AD08 square setup Amuse widebody, Voltex wing, KW Clubsport, no engine mods at all. Quote:
Nice setup over all. I can't really complain about it because it's a perfect street/track setup. I'm planning to swap tires to the Hankook R-S3 next. Yep custom made by R1concepts.com! They sponsored me for a set. The logos act like slots and they're crossed drilled in between. Great rotors but I ended boiling my RBF600 brake fluid.. I'll be switching over to a brand new brake setup shortly, still using factory calipers. I'm currently using Hawk HP+ pads and they're pretty good pads but I need something with less initial bite. I'm going to try out the Project Mu Club Racer pads next. |
