I seriously hope the head light washer warts are just pre-pro
The standard options list calls for pop ups, they would be less ugly. Head light washers are "pure M" I guess

6FL - USB Audiospeler voorbereiding
6NF - Uitbreiding functionaliteit aansluiting
6NR - Apps
6VC - AG Intern
609 - Navigatiesysteem Professional

So the option 6NR with the extended apps is possible!!!

I just keep wondering when BMW would release their packages pricing for the U.S!!! I think it is about time now since the car was revealed in Detroit unless they're trying to gauge the market and the buzz the car created. Cheers!!!

I called BMW NA yesterday and they told me "to expect" a solidified list by the middle/end of February because the production will begin in March for the US. He said all final options and prices will be revealed then.

I am also waiting for this to come out because I need to finalize negotiations with my dealer on price.

This is good news... You're lucky you have the ability to negotiate with your dealer. My local dealer told me they will probably stick with the MSRP. Cheers...

Are we sure they are BI-xenons? Not just Xenon dip beam?

Since US spec 1M's are rumored to come with Adaptive Xenon's then I'd say it's a good bet that the main beams are indeed Bi-Xenon with the middle lights being the cornering lights. No idea how the EU spec standard lights will look.

Bi-Xenon is 522 and Adaptive Xenon is 524. Spec sheet on first page of this thread shows standard features as having both.

Alcantara Seats ???

Does anybody know if a cloth/alcantara type interior might be available? I loved that about my ZHP 330i. I saw a few early shots with cloth looking seats but nothing except leather lately.

Thanks

My CA submitted my build sheet and I found out that the iPod/USB adaptor must be ordered alongside BMW Assist with Bluetooth. It isn't a standalone option.

At the bottom of the sheet is says "639 and 688 must be ordered with 6FL or ZPP"

We had understood it to mean ordering 639 or 688 requires one to order either 6FL or ZPP

What you are saying is backwards that 6FL must be ordered with Assist/Bluetooth.

So do you have to order 688 too?

That also means that line says ZPP requires ordering of 639 and 688 too.... so confusing!

Slowly ordering one thing is requiring ordering of everything

I agree and that is exactly how I read it as well. I explained what I thought to my CA and he said the computer shows a conflict with 6FL (iPod) until 639 (BMW Assist) is added. Apparently the statement is read both ways and both options really require each other?

I can't answer the 688 question because I was ordering it anyway. At least the heated seats are still a standalone option.

So to order ZCV you need ZPP, ZPP adds 6NR, 6NR adds 6NF, also ZPP requires 688 and 639 and includes 6FL.

So if you order one package (ZCV) you end up ordering both packages and all the stand alone options except for heated seats and sat radio

Awesome isn't it? Everything is in a package, including the packages which are packaged together.
This is BMW getting "back to basics".

Ha! Looks like Matt Russell didn't tell all the truth

He forgot to mention the BMW assist/Bluetooth requirement

It's so you get so confused you say to heck with it and order your car fully loaded. They make a fortune off the options.

So if I want cup holders it only comes with ZCV? but that requires ZPP... so cup holders are not a standard and costs an arm and a leg?

If I want HK Sound, I must order 6FL or 6FL and 639?

Geez, agree that the options are confusing....

Not really confusing, just think of the domino effect, you topple one, and... you get them all!
