I got some good questions asked via PM. I thought i would share the answers with everyone:

All BMW N54 cars had recall on the fuel pump - I had that done at the dealership last year. There was also a recall on the seal belt tensioner that I had done. Other than that the car has never needed any repair. It has been taken to the dealership for oil changes, and to another shop to have the new wheels and tires mounted. Other than those items the car has never had any issues. No accidents. The only thing ever "broken" on the car is that it is missing the cap to the passenger side headlight washer, which I have not replaced.

The suspension was done by a friend who is a mechanic. The JB4 and air intake was installed by me - but all that took was a screwdriver and about 5 minutes. If you're interested, I can include the original suspension and airbox. The rear spoiler was removed to install a carbon fiber one. I never had much luck fitting it to my liking so it has no spolier on it now and I kinda like it that way. I have the original spoiler as well as a carbon fiber one uninstalled that will be included.

The warranty expires in July. I am taking it to have the "vehicle check" inspection done. The vehicle check is a mandatory service inspection done at the dealership. The car starts reminding you to do it at a certain milage. It takes about 1 hour - I am actually doing that today. The dash shows no warning or service lights besides this service check reminder which will get cleared today. As of yesterday it has 35,575 miles on it.
