Front turn signal bulb won't come out

right turn signal bulb burned out, reached into the wheel well and took the plate off, and tried to unscrew the bulb assembly.

The socket assembly turns like maybe 1/5th of a turn and wiggles around but won't come out. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong other than maybe the tab broke?

Ever get this out? I was trying to replace my bulb last night and I can't get the holder out of the socket. It just spins

nope :/ getting it looked at and maybe replaced...

It should quarter turn then pull straight out?

Nope... my left turn signal light does that, the right turn signal light doesn't :/ it just feels loose and turns like 1/3rd or 1/4th of a turn...
