SRS Light not Turning On, HELP!

Just picked up my 2013 135i on the 15th. I take it for inspection and it fails. Why? The SRS light does not light when the car is turned on.

Any ideas what could cause this? A fuse? A light bulb.

It's annoying because the car only has 21k on it and I can't get it serviced until the 31st, the same day my temporary registration expires. When it expires, my car is registered as in-op and I cannot drive it.

I hope it's nothing huge. I have to ship it back to the states before the 21st of Novemeber.
