Track brakes: rebuild & add cooling... or upgrade?

Does anyone have a link to a DIY for a caliper rebuild?
I only found one on ***********.

Yep. I've tried it as well. I think it's only cycling the rears.

I'd like to buy a tool to do this that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount. I got tired of futzing with INPA.
