Mid Pipes with no restrictions?

What mid pipes are available with no resonators, and most importantly don't neck down at the end right before the axle back? Most I see have this reduction in diameter to connect to the stock axle back.

Which ones have you seen that neck down? Just curious, I suspect they all do since every one I've seen has the capacity to hook up to the stock axle-back.

I'd love bigger mids, but I don't want to go fully catless.
