Cobb AP V3 question
So here's the problem. I want new injectors under warranty. All I need to do is pull codes for cylinder 1 misfire. When tuned by my AP I pull codes for cylinder 1 misfire. When untuned I can't seem to get the car get the check engine light on anymore when I step on it. My service advisor told me that I needed to pull the codes untuned. I know with the AP that you don't need it plugged in to be tuned, but would the technician be able to know if it is tuned without it being plugged in? The stupid AP deletes all codes when I untune it.

If your car really does need injectors it will throw the code again untuned. I had a similar problem took 3 weeks to throw the code again. I was able to talk with the SA showing him pictures of the fouled plugs which he sent to the tech which did the work. I never got a CEL either just rough idling and gas smelling exhaust.

At this point OP you either need to pay to get them change or just wait until they fail completely
