I wish it were college ladies. No, these are the buses that stop...every....30...feet....to pick up the little kids. If I'm sitting at one particular light on 27, and see the bus come from the side and turn onto 27 in front of me, I know I just bought myself another 10 minutes.

oh man!! That happened to me on 27 wednesday!! I can't believe they stop at EVERY single house!

I am thrilled to have my 128i back. The German radio presets and the German nav destinations are still there.

I asked the Inskip not to even wash it, so that is my project for Monday. I need to order a front license plate bracket so I don't have to drill holes in the bumper.

I get to drive it for 6 days and then I go back to Germany. Maybe I can get a 120d hatch for a rental!

It was a little sad to give up the 325iS that I have been driving for 16 years. I won it in the '92 BMWCCA Oktoberfest raffle. A $25 ticket and $14,000 in taxes to get my prize. Got that one at Inskip too.

Last night I sent a navigation address to my 128i from Google Maps. This morning I clicked on telephone->messages in the iDrive, opened the message that I sent, and selected it as a navigation destination.
Very cool!

New to the '09 because it has a Becker nav instead of the '08 and older Siemens system. They also changed from a built-in CDMA phone with Verizon to a GSM phone with T-Mobile.

Search for an address on Google maps, click on the desired address in the list on the left, click on "Send" in the description box, click on "Car" in the Send box, select "BMW" in the "Make" box, select "BMW US" in the "BMW Assist country" box, enter the email address of the BMW owner in the "BMW assist account name" box, maybe add a message, and click "Send".

In the car you select "Telephone", then "Messages", open the message, click on the checkered flag, and drive to the destination.

This morning at 6am (11am in the UK), I found that the last set of tickets were released for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New England Patriots game that's being played in London. Coincidentally, they play at Wembley Stadium in London, while I'm there in London on 10/24, next month!

I scored 4 Tix on the 30 yard line, 12 rows from the field - section 103!!!!! I cannot tell you how psyched I am about this. I figure this could be a once in a lifetime kind of thing.
