Is this normal?

Yesterday we installed Bms DCI on my friend e82 135i 09
and it sounded weird
So just want to check if this is normal or missed something.

is it normal for you to rev your engine and hear the bov over and over after a dci install? Probably not. Other than that, not sure exactly what you're talking about.

waste gate flutter? i would say that is pretty normal.
