WTB: NYC OEM Set for 2008 128i Needs TPMS and Tires

Local to NYC area. Looking for a set for 2008 128i with TPMS and good tires. Prefer all seasons over summer performance.

From my 2008 135i, I have a set of Satin black Style 264 wheels wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact DWS (Ultra-High Performance All-Seasons), fronts 215/40/R18, rears 245/40/R18. I'll include the TPMS in them as well, and will be off the car in a couple weeks. The tires have under 10K miles on them. No burnouts or anything of that sort. Wheels have a little bit of curb rash. They're very strong wheels though.
