Front camber fun

So I am lowered on some H&R not the low ones but not the regular ones. Sorry no help. I have m3 arms, 235/35/19 tires, and no pin on strut. Also rim is a 8.5 +35. I am running -1.5 Camber and like .6 toe if i remember right. Anyways fenders are rolled and bumper tabs are relocated and I am still rubbing.

I think I am going to try out the dinan camber plates because it adds a 1/4 inch lift and .7 more camber. Just sharing my thoughts and troubles. Also, i know. Should of gone with coil-overs but I got a great deal on some stuff. Just should of done it that way to save on time and stress

GL. M3 arms are pushing the wheel further out than the regular non-///M arms, and that +35 offset is killing you.

+35 is impossible to pull off on these cars. im running +40 on coilovers + m3 arms and still rub on large bumps up front. Plates are the way to go. I'm confident that if i get above -1.75 with plates on the front end my issues will be fixed. However, your +35 fitment throws a real curveball and you'll likely need ton of negative camber to fix your issues so much so that you'll likely induce wear issues.

Dinan plates likely wont have enough adjustment. I'd go with ground control street plates.

So today I will be putting on some 215s to see how those fair. So far my front bumper tabs are relocated as much as I can get them to be. The +35's are a little to much but I wanted to try. Also if I could get to 1.75 camber that might just be perfect also. So I will probably go with the GC camber plates.

Also my understanding was that since I had the M3 arms they were only pushing the bottom of the wheels out but they seemed to cause more trouble for me. But i do love the extra camber and I am still able to track the car with only some random rub now.

The problem is the +35 offset you have. Fix the problem, not the symptoms.

Hey thanks for that option, never thought of that!!

Real note, I understand that I should of just changed wheels. But they were working before I lowered the car. Its a few changes instead of buying all new wheels. I was just sharing my works with the forum to help other people buy "real" offsets.

with 215's you should be good. I have +45 with a 10mm spacer on 215's, m3 control arms, measured -1.2 camber, and have no prob with lowered suspension.

M3 arms do in fact only push out the bottom of the wheel and will give you clearance on the top half of your tires. M3 arms aren't a problem and are likely helping your situation if anything.

Hope the 215s work for you. It would be unacceptable to me, creating unnecessary understeer after properly tuning the suspension. What size are your rear tires?

What about flaring your fenders rather than running a tiny tire up front?
