All this talk off the PE for the 125 / 128 is driving me crazy........ I think im going to pull the trigger on one next month. Just put on a set of Michelin PSS which have transformed the car so much and the love affair has been re-ignited.

Do it man. I will say the PE is the single-most mod that has made me feel as one with my 1er. Nothing beats the perfect response and sound from being able to downshift and step on the gas to get a nice juicy jump and a growling acceleration. BMW certainly hit the nail on the head with this PE. Worth the price to me!

I have the PSS. Huge improvement. But they helped to expose just how soft the suspension and bushings are.

just installed pe exhaust on my new 128 coupe , very easy and clean install ( measurement before cut is key , i actually faced the pe stub and made sure to get my cut perfectly square and there is almost no gap at the joint in case i decide to weld it eventually , the clamp does leave lots of oopps adjustment so if you did happen to be off on your cut a little no biggie) the exhaust sounds absolutely great and im sure it will only get better as my car gets broken in. id' almost say a must have on the 128i sounds that good!! paid $600 for mine brand new from a dealer i beleive theres more available at this price if anybody is interested.

Im thinking about adding some mods to my car. But don't know where to start from and what are some good mods for the 128i. Can anyone please help me out by suggesting some mods that would be good on my 128i.
