OEM replacement for upper strut???
I just picked up a 2011 135i on saturday, very new to the bmw community. Popped the hood and notice that each side of the front upper strut had a bolt missing. Im guessing you can not thread a new bolt through and you have to replace the entire upper strut? I eventually will be putting camber plates on, but just looking for an oem replacement at this time.
http://www.bavauto.com/fland.asp?par...FUuXOgoduBwAcQ Would that be the correct part to replace? or do other recommend another product? I saw a couple of different options. Heres a picture Thanks for your help and sorry if this has been repeated. -Nick |

No, you do not have to replace the entire top hat. You can just buy a new stud, I'm sure. Very easy to pop in.
