Installation Help - Boston Area
Hi Everyone,
Now 1er owner here in Boston and I was wondering if any members ever get together for installs. Back when I was active with the NASIOC forum I worked with some members for basic installs due to my lack of space/time these days. Anyone in the area with a garage full of tools willing to lend some help? Ill supply beer, food...even cash, ha! Thanks everyone, J |

Im also coming from the NASIOC community and would love to get some semi-regular enthusiast meets together, similar to some of the local Subie meets. I dont have a ton of tools or a lift or anything, but am always down to talk cars and hold a beer and point at things under a hood on a nice weekend day.

I was also a nasioc member. Id be downfor a meet in the Boston area. Maybe like Saugus, Burlington,, or any other town were there is good foor/drinks and parking. I'm up on the northshore and have a full garage, air tools, ramps, jacks, you name it. If you or anyone needs a spot to do install's your more than welcome to my place

I have a thread going in E90 post about this and got a ton of good feedback. Might as well make a BMW generic meet. Maybe monthly/Bi-weekly?

I was thinking closer to spring time, once the days get to be a little longer and we would rather stand around outside our cars socializing rather than in them with heated seats...

Does anyone know a non-dealership garage that could install the BMW PE for me? Having a good installer is the only thing stopping me from some larger upgrades.
Thanks! |

Bimmer72 (His name is "I") on here rents lifts out in Allston. Really awesome opportunity for those that need a lift. Shoot him a PM and he can get you on a lift. I know he will do installs of most parts also for a good price. He can do paint work. His 335i is pretty sweet also!

Thanks everyone! No ramps as I rarely needed them or my Subie, but should I pick them up I'll reach out for some install help. The lift idea sounds awesome if we could get a few people in on the same day for beers/installs.
