I like the look of the 1er but it's bodylines looks a little high compared to the 3er. Just doesn't seem as sleek but i love the 1er so please don't flame me as i know this is 1 addicts

Wow, that really shows how strange it is that BMW would make 2 cars that are so similar yet priced very differently. The answer of course is that people are just as strange so we'll buy both kinds.

Oh no I agree, the 3er definitely has a sleeker body style and it really is a beautiful car. The 1er has a more raw and aggressive look imo.

Funny thing about the 1er is that I swear it's hard to take a good picture of it, when you see them in person they always look better than the pictures.

Although I like the twin pipes of the 3er and fewer smooth edges on the 1er.

It really does look like the l'il bastard brother of the 3er! (In a good way). It just says, screw you, I'm not going to listen my older brother. I was all set to buy a 335i coupe... until I drove the 1.
