Do you have a tune on the car? If they get in there and start poking around, they're very likely going to give you shit for the O2 sims, even though it's got nothing to do with the issue.
I'd go out and start it up and get under the hood and see if anything sounds funny. It's very likely an issue caused by the damage that was repaired. That outside temp sensor is probably up in the nose somewhere, so maybe it's shorted out and causing strange things to happen. |

i went out and tightened everything down and it still did it, i switched it to map 5 and it stopped. Maybe cause i have catted dp's. It was hesitation on map 6. I rest everything and will drive it tonight on map 5 than rescan ill let you know how it goes.

i was very low on fuel when it happened it said 10 miles to empty. IIRC there was a thread a while back about this happening when below a quarter tank of fuel. So ill see i reset everything and will keep my eye on it, knock on wood it hasnt happened since i tightened everything and switched to map5.

in the 135i section they have a sticky which explains some of the codes. it is still very much a work in progress thing with only a handful of code definations but you may get lucky. |

i lowered the boost levels and it went away, according to what i read i should not run map 6. To much boost not enough octane. It was engine knock. And possible a boost leak.
thanks

I think you should only run map 5-6 when you have at least 93-94 octane gas and other mods like intake and downpipes..
