Matte silver seems to be the more popular choice. I couldn't see myself going another color because they just don't hide dirt well..

I would probably pick a colour of some sort like estroil blue or something, but a light silver can be really sweet too!

Matte Metallic Blue it is!!! How close do you think this Oracal vinyl is to either the lambo on their site and the M3 above?

Do you all think this is the best choice? I have yet to see a blue vinyl wrapped 135i.

Just ordered samples from Sticker City, only $9. I will keep you all posted and probably take photos of the one I plan to use.

I still have to go with Matte Black. Looks the best IMO.

Let us know how the sample looks, if the blue is the right shade I think it will look really nice.

how much is a wrap set to cover the car? And is it worth it? I love the matte black film but I have no idea how hard it would be to put it on.

You need roughly 25 yards of wrap to wrap an entire car.. That runs around 600* depending on wrap company you purchase..

Instal is very time consuming, I live in north NJ if u are looking to wrap a full car or just the roof or anything it's what we can do...

Pm me with questions...

Thanks

I also own a company that provides vinyl wraps. I think for a 1-Series you're looking at closer to 20 yards of vinyl (not a lot of room for error though).
That comes to 60 ft or 720"; on StickerCity that will cost you over $1,797. That is a horrible price for just the vinyl to do a wrap.

Doing it yourself will take you a lot of time and you can very easily scratch your car with the blade.

Rotten is right, you should pay closer to $600 for 20-25 yards of a solid color vinyl.
PM one of us if you have more questions.

with your rims military green would look super sick. I just saw an FJ-cruiser in military green the other day, and an Audi A3 in military green and it looked pretty good.
