2011 e82 rear seat side "door" card removal tips?

Swapping full interior. Seats front and rear and rear quarter piece, and front door cards are done. Can't figure out the side panel with armrest for rear seat, and don't want to break it.

I feel like it just pulled out, but may have been out at the top then up.

One idea - look up MusicarNW or any other stereo installation video, I think they had instructions you could follow (the am is there on some cars).

Realoem website too, their parts diagrams are really detailed and might show how it goes as far as fasteners and such.
