What's the disadvantage of using different sets of front tires, the right tire is continital run flat the left other brand but not run flat, 215/35/18

when i break from high speed +124 i feel the steering turns to the right more than usual, is it because the different sets

Yes

Mixing run-flat with non-runflat on the same axle is stupid

All 4 tires should be all the one construction type, either all runflat or all non-runflat.

I would suggest to change straight away to RF or not at least same on same axle. It is not good for suspension and other things you will damage something or you will kill your self...

The least I would do is don't push the car at all until you get 4 matching brand and construction tires installed. You would be surprised at how unstable a car will be with tires that weigh different on each side, never mind RFT/non-RFT.
