Will these fit?

Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked loads of times but lookin at a set of alloys for my E82 Coupe which are 235/35/19 fronts ET38 8.5" wide and 265/30/19 rears ET38 9.5" wide. Will I have any problems with these fitting my car? I.e rubbing on arches? Is there anybody out there running this set up on your 1 series coupe? If so what are your experiences as you guys are the experts! Don't just wanna take the word of a salesman trying to sell me a £1k set of alloys as he won't have to live with the car (or the bills) if they don't 'fit'. Thanks in advance.

Well i dont think theyll fit with a 265 cause of rubbing. I have my fenders shaved and im running a 245 on a 10.5 with a 44 offset. But i could easily fit a 255 and maybe if i get lucky a 265.And i dropped my car crazy. Your fenders will be the only problem. Get them rolled or shaved PROFESSIONALLY. Make sure you or your friends dont do it. It always best to have it done by a professionally. Good luck.

Im pretty sure you will struggle to fit these more so with the agressive tyre setup. I am running 235/35/19 on 19x8.5 et 45 front and its tight (my car is very low and the guards arent rolled). The rear I am running 255/30/19 on 19x9.5 et 50. there is a little room but the car still scrubs over big bumps (normal driving it is fine). I am sure you could go more agressive than my setup with a guard roll and pull.

Ah rite, cheers guys, thanks for the speedy responses. Sounds like the wheels will probably be too wide then. I'll have to go for some narrower wheels I think as down the road (at some point) I'm gonna want to lower it slightly, just out of interest, seen as you've been really helpful so far, there are also some 20 inch alloys for sale in eBay which are ET40 and only 8.5 wide, will there be any problems with these fitting? What tyre size would you recommend on this set up. I know people say 20inch is too big for a 1 series but I'm only driving the 120d so not exactly a performance ride, not too bothered about performance loss I just want the look. Thanks in advance
P.S sorry forgot to mention I'm on standard M-Sport suspension at the minute so it's at 'standard' (m sport) ride height if that helps??
