i jack up my car from those plastic jack points all the time works fine no issues but i only do things like wheels and brake pads. i never felt comfortable putting my car on jack stands so i just go to the local shop and use the lift. Its way easier and i odnt have to worry about jack stands

Also I carry this block in the trunk. I cut aluminum block in 30mm x 30mm x 55mm to use with other jacks or lifts.

so is 30x30x55 the correct dimension for those square points? How much free space is there inside of that rectangular lift point?
