Warning Light Question - Looks like the shifter?
A couple of times, when engaging the DCT shifter from park to reverse, or reverse to drive, I get the warning 'chime' and an icon of the shifter appears for a few seconds in the dash display. It goes away in a few seconds, but I've been wondering what it is and what it is telling me. I can't find an icon reference that looks like that in the manual. Any idea?

In my experience, that light comes on when you move the shifter too quickly and/or don't fully depress the button on the side of the shifter. It goes away quickly, and is no problem.

Thanks for the info, that sounds about right. With the DCT, I may be toggling the shifter too fast to get into gear (or I can see not fully depressing the button). It's such a different feel than the typical mechanical change from one gear selection to the next as in prior automatics I've had.
