Berk Technology Race Exhaust Axle Back

Sorry to open up an old thread but does anyone know if the Berk Tech Race Axel back is street legal in Australia? I am thinking about ordering either race or sport.

I've got the Race... I'd say technically it's probably not... No Muffler... Haven't actually tested it for DB levels though...
