BMW Durham - Matthew Lay = Great customer experience

Just wanted to give my appreciation to Matthew Lay at BMW Durham for the amazing service provided to me in the lease transfer of a 135i convertible.

This guy went above and beyond my expectations in delivering this car to me and what a car it is!!

Thanks also to the BMW Durham staff who provided a great customer experience!

Although I did not deal with that guy, I did buy my car from BMW Durham and I must say everyone there I dealt with was great.

I had planned to buy the car from BMW Mississauga, but ended up backing out due to piss-poor customer service, very aggressive and pushy sales staff and their unwillingness to negotiate on the price, AT ALL. BMW Durham, was the complete opposite.

Despite living in Mississauga, I plan to drive to Durham for all my service visits because I want to give them the business.

I bought both my last 2 Bimmers (Z4 & 1er) from Durham BMW (aka Endras BMW) and I've never had anything but a positive experience with the sales and/or service staff.
I even convinced my son to give them a try and he ended up getting a 3er there and he also happy with the overall experience.
