I bought my car from there and they were great to me. I only have to bring the car in once for service so far but they were fine with the service either I had no problems so far.

If I lived in the GTA, I'd be buying from Budds BMW of Oakville in a heartbeat. Both my brother and I have purchased cars from them in the past. They are very service oriented, and the most aftermarket friendly dealership in the GTA, in my opinion - they are an authorized dealer for Dinan aftermarket parts.

I bought and serviced my car there and so far so good, but a month after I took ownership I was hearing noise from the power steering, and they would no do anything about it.

They sent me a survey of the service call, I didn't fill it out, then I had to bring it in for the oil change, and I mentioned it again, and they did nothing about it.

This was at the end of fall so it was getting colder, and the power steering was getting louder, then they sent the survey to me again, and I filled it out and mention that no one wanted to fix the noise, then 2 days later the service manager wanted me to bring it back so he could drive it to hear it.

So as soon as he started the engine he heard the noise and did not have to drive it, and right away he ordered a new part, gave me a rental, and spoke to the technician to find out why he did not do anything about the noise when the car was in twice for it, he was told to call the service manager if he was not sure about the noise.

And ever since then, when I know there is a problem with my car they took me seriously.
