navigation start up

Last thread died all the way back in 08, which also happens to be the MY of mine, so instead of resurrecting that one, gonna start a new one.

Thing won't stay closed when I start the car up, even though all options have been disabled, is anyone else having this problem?

I am, it always pops up for me to accept the safety warning. It is very annoying.

I just bought the car used a week ago, so I haven't messed with it too much.

I also dislike how when I use the volume knob, I accidentally tap the "1" hotkey, and a second time it prompts me to set it to a function.
