Remember my thread?
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=567066

I don't know why it was closed...or when it was closed...but w/e I don't really care about that.

Anyways, I came across this article:
http://jalopnik.com/5816234/bmw-deal...up-on-1m-coupe

I got that link from this thread:
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...1#post10238026

you pay over 80k for any bmw, imo, that is pathetic.

If i'm dropping that much money a car, it better be something i don't see everywhere.

This has nothing to do with the post lol

and for 80k... you cannot find a new car that you won't be able to see everywhere.... at least not around here

Even Ferrari California's and GT3s are pretty common. Not as common as M3s though

So the buyer drove it off the lot and now it's worth 40k. Talk about a depreciation hit.

Just because it sold, doesn't mean it sold for $40k over sticker.

rather have a gtr for that price and you still get to keep your exclusivity

you can hit $80k with a m3. If we talk about m5s, m6s, 7 series; etc. you can easily spend $100k.

btw you can drop $300k and still see your car everywhere. You'll prob see less 1Ms than any new ferrari. shit I've seen more 458s in the beginning of this month than 1M's in the last 3 months.

And i guarantee he doesn't give a shit
Some people have too much money where they don't give a crap with paying extra just to have it. I know one guy who paid a $50k markup for the gt3 RS back when it came out so he wouldn't have to wait. He also gets a new lambo every year. You think he cares if he pays an extra $40k on a bmw?
