If your still considering beige then take a look at the UK brochure (I can send you a copy if you need it). The back pages have some combinations and Sapphire Black with Beige/wood looks stunning - very tempted. I currently have an E46 Sport in Orient Blue (almost black) with a beige/wood interior and it looks stunning.
Going for all back in/out on the new M-Sport for a change. When will your car arrive - mine should be with me by end of September. |

Funny, I don't actually have a brochure, only the price list, but I'm going to my dealer next week for a test drive, so should be able to pick up one. Thanks for the offer though, much appreciated.
I think beige looks great with black, the only disadvantage for me are the beige carpets , as I do enter construction sites for work, so black might be more practical. I do wonder about wood in the sports pack car though - might be out of keeping? I won't have my car till January, as registrations over here only change once a year - earliest slot I can get at the mo is for November delivery, so I may as well wait the extra month for an 06 plate..... |

Thought that might be you. Welcome aboard! We seem to have similar taste in cars
Yes, the 535 is quite different than the MCS. It's a powerful beast, but not quite as fun. I'm hoping the new 3 will be somewhere in between. So are you going to keep yours? |

Oh yep, definitely keeping it, and will be replacing it with a new Turbo in 07 when they are launched - JCW is rumoured to be up around 250 bhp then - I've done quite a bit with it, Works Kit, Aero, seats, strut brace, etc - wife drives it weekdays, I steal it at the weekend.....
The BM is my work car - current 520 is a slug, hence I'm going for a 330 - I thought about a 530, but in all fairness I don't need the space . The size of the 3 suits Irish roads better, good for some of the narrow lanes posing as roads we have here.... Good to chat you again, I remember when you were selling your S, at quite a fair price if I remember.....

Looks like a slightly disguised E90 320d M-Sport in Le Mans Blue near Wolfsburg?
Not sure why we can see so much of the rear under-carriage, as the M-Sport rear-apron is lower than standard one. Maybe not all the parts are fitted on this test car? Hope its better than this. Last edited by carl_d; 08-09-2005 at 03:23 PM.. |

seeing it on the road like that, the kit definatly adds a bit more agression to the look of the car, and I like it. Its not the best and hopefully a second version comes out in the future, but as it stands its definatly not bad and does give the car a bit more visual oomph.
I do think its still conservative enought that the car should probably have come with this as standard |

And apparently there will be a Carbon fibre replacement panel available? That might look good with your black.......

BTW - I'm avoiding Sparking Graphite as it may clash with the grey panel? Still temped by Le Mans - just had too many blue cars and need a change. |

I had Topaz on my last 323 Ci, loved it, have Sapphire on my 5 at the mo, but it is a killer to keep clean, hence me going back to blue.....
