Which wheel would you suggest? With a combination of great traction and rounded sidewalls? *Ninja edit: Forgot to say SIIIIICK WHEELS! * |

[QUOTE=escobar929;9330156]There is very lilttle room btwn the suspension and the rim/tire. It does rub but I would like a lil more room for piece of mind. Plus there is still plenty of room on the fender side so figured it would look better with a bit more poke
in the UK i can only get Eibach hub centric spacer kit 5mm per side,i cant get 3mm spacers, but do you think 5mm would be ok or is 5mm to much? |

So those are Hankook V12's Escobar?
Yep, hopefully some newbies don't see these wheels and stats and misthink. I have pretty much the same dimension wheels and I rubbed with my first set of Hankook rear 245/35's. I rubbed just a tad unlowered with passengers. I had my fender rolled when I lowered my suspension and still rubbed a little, mainly with passengers. However with my current tires I don't rub at all and might could use 265/30's. Maxnix is right though, you need a rear offset of 55+ if you really want to properly run 265 rears.

What tires/size are you running? Did you roll your fenders all they way flat? Right now I hardly rub, I still need to stiffen up the rear dampening but I got lazy since heat/celtics was starting, think that will clear the rubbing that's left Yea ideally a 9.5 +55 would be perfect for a 265, I thought I would easily be able to roll the fenders flat like on every other car but that inner carpet kinda threw a wrench in my plan |
